We have an extensive background leading higher education organizations through a digital transformation with Salesforce.  One of our principals helped UCSF through several transformations including org-wide Bright Ideas deployment to submit, socialize, and vote on ideas from faculty, students, and staff. 

 

He has also deployed for specific use cases within UCSF operations, building an alliances resource planner that UCSF uses with Genentech to review lab utilization, request lab space, plan lab research, and add lab technicians. He also built an extensive survey module for UCSF, as well as a clinical trials participant tracker that has been used in over 5,000 clinical trials nationwide.
